Otis Key is a commercial loan consultant and lender. He is a licensed as a Colorado Real Estate Broker. His commercial loan experience began in 1993 as an associate for Money Line Mortgage, Denver. Otis also has expertise in commercial real estate, real estate investing and commercial real estate lending. Otis founded Regency Mortgage, Inc. in 1996 with an operation of approximately twenty (20) loan officers that he personally trained and advised.
Otis Key has a BS degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Management. Otis is a graduate of the Commercial Loan Broker Institute. Otis Key is currently in training to obtain a private pilot’s license at Aspen Flying Club, Centennial Airport Colorado.
